Information you give us
- Calls and text messages. When you call or text (917) 402-5448, we receive your phone number and what you tell us. We use it to answer you and to schedule your appointment.
- Contact form. The form on our home page asks for your name, email, phone number (optional), the service you’re interested in and your message. It is delivered to us by Web3Forms, a form delivery service.
- Payments. Payments are processed by Square, which collects the information it needs under its own privacy policy. This website does not ask for or store payment card numbers.
- Instagram and Facebook. Some pages link to these apps. If you choose to contact us there, their own terms and privacy policies apply.
Information collected automatically
- Server logs. Like most websites, our hosting provider may record technical data such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the time of the request, to run and protect the site.
- Google Ads. Our website uses the Google tag for Google Ads on every page. It records the pages you visit and taps on our Call and Text buttons and phone links, using cookies or similar technology, so we can tell whether our ads lead to calls and texts. Google may also use this information to personalize ads, as described in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services. You can opt out of personalized ads in My Ad Center.
- Google Maps. Our home page shows embedded Google Maps. When a map loads, Google may collect information under the Google Privacy Policy.
We do not currently use website analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
How we use information
- To answer your questions, schedule and confirm appointments, and provide our services.
- To understand whether our ads lead to calls and texts.
- To keep the website working and secure.
Sharing
We share information only with the service providers described above, as needed for them to do their work, with Google as described in the Google Ads section, or when the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information.
Your choices
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
- You can ask us what information we have about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by calling, texting or emailing us.
Do Not Track
Our website does not change its behavior in response to browser Do Not Track signals.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
